Faber expands activities in the thai market
On 18 January 2008 Faber Technologies Ltd. and the Unique Mining Services Public Company Ltd. (UMS), a large Thai carbon importer, signed a contract for a cooperation in Thailand.
The cooperation with the UMS – as a domestic Thai company – provides FABER a faster and uncomplicated access to the communal decision makers and responsible persons in the waste management sector. All refuse derived fuels (RDF) produced by the Faber-AMBRA® process are taken by the UMS enabling them to establish an alternative business dealing with refuse derived fuels in addition to the traditional trade in the primary fuel carbon.
The cooperation of the two companies bears considerable chances for both sides for the future and for the development on the Thai market which will also be of use for other projects, e. g. the establishment of the trade in emission licenses.
