Change of ownership FABER-AMBRA®

Dear partners and friends.

On the 30.6. the Betes Holding GmbH bought the FABER-AMBRA® activities from the Wilhelm Faber GmbH. The transition of activities will be carried out on 01/07/2011.

We will continue to run the business in Germany and abroad like we did before. We are planning to expand even further and grow the business.
We, our team of imployees have build our success together and I look forward to continue our productive working relationship.
