Project Semarang in operation
The project with the Faber-Ambra technology in Semarang, Indonesia, has been put into operation and is successfully running since a couple of weeks.
Actually approx. 200 tons of waste are treated every day with the MBT process. In the regular operation it will be up to 350 tons per day. The operations trainings carried out by the engineers of Faber-Ambra are still ongoing and will be finished in about two months. The staff members of the local operating company learn quickly and apply the learned skills to our entire satisfaction.
Due to our regular checks the high quality standard is maintained, and the employees are highly satisfied with their new field of activity - knowing that, on the one hand, they do a qualified work and, on the other hand, they help their country to manage the problems relating to municipal waste and to actively minimize the resulting impacts on the environment.
